About the Program
Our Tech Training Program in Côte d'Ivoire is designed to give students the skills they need to thrive in today’s fast-growing tech industry. Through hands-on experience in Object-oriented Design, Programming, Data Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI), participants not only learn technical skills but also gain access to job search training and our unique Career Toolkit. This comprehensive approach ensures they are well-prepared to transition from the classroom to the tech job market.
The Challenge
In Côte d'Ivoire, the booming tech sector offers vast opportunities, but young adults face major barriers such as high training costs, outdated curricula that don’t match employer needs, and limited career support, all of which leave many unprepared and struggling to secure meaningful employment.
