Empowering Girls Through Technology

Join Us in Renovating the Computer Lab at Government Girls Secondary School, Big Qua, Cross River State, Nigeria

Education is one of the most powerful tools we can give to young people, especially girls, who are often at a disadvantage when it comes to accessing technological resources. Today, technology is not just a subject in schools, it's a necessity for future success in almost every field. However, for the students at Government Girls Secondary School, Big Qua, their opportunity to learn and thrive in a digital world is being limited.

At Government Girls Secondary School, Big Qua, the computer lab is a critical learning space where students should be able to explore, experiment, and gain vital digital skills. But the computer lab suffers from significant hurdle: the lab has only one computer tower to serve eight desktop monitors. This means the students must take turns using the computers, significantly limiting their hands-on learning time.
