Prepare your submission materials

Submit four clearly separated components: your Executive Summary, Pitch Video, Demo Video, and optional Working Prototype Link.

Keep these four components separate
The Executive Summary is for facts, numbers and project viability. The Pitch Video is for your story, motivation and vision. The Demo Video is for showing the product or prototype working. The Working Prototype Link is optional and gives judges hands-on access if a working prototype is available.

Executive Summary *

Required. Paste/upload your Executive Summary using your preferred storage platform and provide the shareable link. It should cover: problem statement, chosen solution, solution design, value proposition, timeline, estimated cost, and other important professional/project information. This is the document the jury will read to evaluate project viability.

Pitch Video *

Required. Maximum 3 minutes. Introduce yourself/team, explain the project and your motivation, why the problem matters to you, the value of your solution, what you are trying to achieve, where you started and why you chose that starting point, what you would do with the prize/funding, and how your solution addresses the problem.

Demo Video *

Required. Primarily show your product, prototype or solution working. You can show the screen, product, MVP/prototype and how the solution works. Narration is preferred; a non-narrated screen recording is acceptable if you do not want to narrate because of accent or other concerns.

Working Prototype Link (Optional)

Optional. If you have a working prototype that judges can explore, provide the link here. Not having a public URL will not prevent you from participating.

Government ID Link *

Upload your own government-issued ID to your own Google Drive and provide a view-accessible link here. The organizer stores the link only and does not upload, copy, download, or modify your ID.
